General contractor serving Vigo County and the Wabash Valley

We work within about an hour of our Terre Haute office: eight counties in the Wabash Valley and west-central Indiana, plus non-roofing work in nearby Illinois.

How far we go

Our office is at 300 Ohio Street, Suite E, in Terre Haute. We take jobs within about an hour of it. That covers most of the Wabash Valley in west-central Indiana, plus a few towns across the state line in Illinois for work that isn’t roofing.

Staying close matters to how we run jobs. Less time on the road means more of the day goes into the work, and it lets us keep our word on warranty visits, which we schedule within 7 business days.

Terre Haute is where most of our work happens. After that, Brazil keeps us busiest, followed by Clay City, Sullivan and West Terre Haute.

Indiana counties we cover

We work in eight Indiana counties: Vigo, Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Putnam, Owen, Vermillion and Greene.

The table isn’t a complete list. If your town isn’t in it but you’re inside those counties, call anyway. We’ll tell you straight if we can take the job.

Terre Haute and Vigo County

Most of our jobs are here, and so is our contractor registration: City of Terre Haute No. CL003471. In summer 2026, in south Terre Haute, we finished a new Trex deck with a custom three-season screened-in sunroom. On another Terre Haute job, we tore the original wood deck out completely and framed the new Trex deck with a roof tied into the house.

Brazil and Clay County

Derek grew up in Brazil, and Hannah grew up in Cory, so Clay County is home ground for us. Outside of Terre Haute, it’s where we work most: Brazil first, then Clay City, Cory and Center Point. We also take jobs in Staunton and Knightsville.

Sullivan, Linton and the south end

To the south we work in Sullivan and Farmersburg in Sullivan County, and in Linton and Jasonville in Greene County.

Clinton, Rockville, Spencer and Greencastle

North along the Wabash we work in Clinton. To the northeast and east we cover Rockville and the rest of Parke County, Spencer and Owen County, and Greencastle, the largest town in Putnam County.

Illinois: everything but roofing

We take non-roofing work in Marshall, Paris and Casey, Illinois. We don’t do any roofing in Illinois because we don’t hold an Illinois roofing license. If you’d like, we’re happy to connect you with a union roofer in Illinois that we trust.

Recent Illinois work includes a laundry room renovation in Marshall, where we framed out a utility room, hung drywall and installed flooring, cabinets and countertops. In Paris, we prepped a commercial space for an epoxy floor: pulled the carpet, backing and glue, then etched the concrete for a grey flake epoxy finish.

Commercial jobs

We take commercial work across the same area. Complete commercial build-outs run through our design/build process. On the commercial roofing side, we install TPO and Conklin coatings, and we work as the roofing subcontractor on new commercial construction for out-of-town general contractors, in Indiana only. Under contracting, we take commercial trade work: acoustic ceilings, metal stud framing, drywall and FRP panels. We work directly for building owners and tenants or as a subcontractor for general contractors.

The same in every town

Where you live doesn’t change how we work.

  • Doug Stoliby, our sales manager, reaches out to every new inquiry within 1 business day.
  • Design/build projects start with an onboarding meeting. Contracting and roof repair jobs get a budget and scope of work within 5 business days of the site visit. Roof replacements start with satellite measurements and pricing options, then an on-site inspection.
  • The proposal is one all-inclusive price, with permits and sales tax built in.
  • We clean up and haul off waste every day at our cost.
  • Every job carries a one-year workmanship warranty.

Our smaller projects typically start around $10,000, and we don’t take handyman calls or general repairs under about 4 hours. Roof repairs are a separate service and typically start around $500, and roof inspections are free. The full process is on how we work, and prices are on our pricing page.

About an hour. That covers Vigo, Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Putnam, Owen, Vermillion and Greene counties in Indiana, plus Marshall, Paris and Casey in Illinois for non-roofing work.

Do you do roofing in Illinois?

No. We don’t hold an Illinois roofing license, so our roofing crew works in Indiana only. If you’d like, we’re happy to connect you with a union roofer in Illinois that we trust. In Illinois we take other work, like remodels, decks, flooring and epoxy floors.

Do you charge more for jobs farther from Terre Haute?

There’s no separate trip charge. We account for travel when we price the job, so the distance is built into the bid. Every proposal is one all-inclusive price, with permits and sales tax built in and no surprise line items.

Is there a minimum job size?

Our smaller projects typically start around $10,000. We don’t take handyman calls or general repairs that would take under about 4 hours; roof repairs are separate and typically start around $500. For reference, full kitchen remodels run $25,000 to $125,000, full bathroom remodels $20,000 to $60,000, and residential roof replacements $10,000 to $105,000.

Is the roof inspection free outside Terre Haute?

Yes. Roof inspections are free anywhere in our Indiana service area.

Who handles permits outside the city?

We do. We pull the permits the job needs, schedule the inspections and call 811 before we dig, wherever the job is.

How soon will I hear back?

Within 1 business day. Doug Stoliby, our sales manager, reaches out to learn about the project and set up a site visit. After we visit your site, you’ll have a budget and scope of work within 5 business days.
