Weekends don’t count as business days, so a request sent on Saturday gets a response from Doug by the end of Monday.
We don’t take walk-ins. If you’d like to stop by the office, please call (812) 605-2560 first to make sure we’re there. Otherwise we may be out in the field checking on projects.

Our estimate form asks for your name, email, phone number, address and a short description of the project. In the description, tell us what you want done, rough sizes, any materials you have in mind and when you’d like to start. If you have a budget in mind, include that too. Your request goes straight into JobTread, where we manage every job. Photos are welcome by email at info@whiterockcontracting.com.

To make sure we’re the right fit: we don’t take handyman calls or general repairs under about 4 hours (roof repairs are a separate service), or standalone HVAC, electrical or plumbing work unless it’s part of a larger design/build project. Our smaller projects typically start around $10,000.
What happens next
- Doug reaches out — Within 1 business day, Doug Stoliby, our sales manager, gets in touch to learn about your project and set up a site visit.
- Site visit — We look at the space, measure and talk through options. Roof inspections and estimates for roofing and contracting work are free.
- Budget and scope — You get a written budget and scope of work within 5 business days of the visit.
- Proposal — One all-inclusive price with permits and sales tax built in, e-signed in JobTread and good for 7 days.
Design/build work (commercial build-outs, new homes, kitchens and bathrooms) starts with an onboarding meeting and a design agreement instead. Kitchen and bathroom design is $180 for the first room and $36 for each additional room. For new homes and commercial build-outs, plans and designs are discussed in the design onboarding meeting. Where we work
Our jobs are within about an hour of Terre Haute: Vigo, Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Putnam, Owen, Vermillion and Greene counties, including Brazil, Clay City, West Terre Haute, Sullivan, Clinton, Linton and Greencastle.
