What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect what you type into our estimate form: your name, email, phone number, address and your description of the project.
If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your project.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you about your project: to call or email you back, schedule a site visit and prepare a proposal. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Our estimate form is provided by JobTread, the project-management software we use to send proposals and project updates. When you send the form, your information goes directly into our JobTread account, where it creates a customer record and a job for your project. JobTread stores and processes that data on our behalf. Our web host also processes basic website data on our behalf.
Maps and outside services
Our contact page shows a Google Map of our office. When that map loads, Google may set cookies or collect information according to its own privacy policy. Links to Facebook, Google and our financing partner, HFS, go to those companies’ sites, which have their own policies. JobTread, which runs our estimate form, also has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
An estimate request becomes a customer record and a job in JobTread. If we don’t end up working together, we keep that record only as long as it’s useful for following up on your request, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Customer records for work we’ve done are kept as long as we need them for warranty service, tax and legal requirements.
