Commercial build-outs and interiors

We take on commercial spaces as complete design/build projects, and as trade work like drop ceilings, metal stud framing, drywall and FRP panels. Recent jobs:

  • Terre Haute, 2026. Six healthcare patient rooms rebuilt after moisture damage, plus attic insulation across the building.
  • Terre Haute, 2025. An office wing insulated and air-sealed, with fire-rated drywall and new drop ceilings.
  • Brazil, 2025. A commercial interior refresh with framing, drywall, FRP wall panels and a new drop ceiling.

Roofing

Our union-trained roofers, led by foreman Timmy Burgess, tear roofs down to the decking and install architectural shingles and metal. Recent jobs:

  • Brazil, 2026. A 67-square Class 3 shingle roof on the Jackson Township fire department, with ridge vent, flashing and fascia repairs.
  • Montezuma, 2026. 26 squares: shingles and old cedar shake torn off, a new 1/2-inch plywood deck and Class 3 shingles.
  • Rockville, 2026. One layer of shingles torn off and replaced with Class 4 ProRib metal panels and matching trim.

Decks

We build Trex composite and pressure-treated decks on poured footers dug 48 inches deep, with picture-frame borders on composite decks and the railing style you pick. Every deck we build is a full build: new footers, new framing and new decking. Recent jobs:

  • Terre Haute, 2026. The old deck torn out and a new Trex Select deck built from the footers up, with a double picture-frame border, a box step and Trex aluminum railing.
  • Terre Haute, 2026. A pressure-treated deck torn out and rebuilt with black cable railing.

Small Trex decks we’ve built have come in around $15,000, and we’ve bid 50-year Trex Transcend decks on larger projects at over $100,000.

Screened porches, covers and sunrooms

Some of our deck jobs grow into bigger outdoor projects: a roof over part of the deck, a screened porch with a tongue-and-groove ceiling, or a sunroom. Recent jobs:

  • Terre Haute, 2026. A sunroom built as part of a deck and roof project.
  • Terre Haute, 2026. A 9-by-9-foot cedar-tone pavilion with a black metal roof.

Concrete

We pour brushed-finish concrete of any size, from small pads to driveways and barn floors, and put flake epoxy over slabs. Recent jobs:

  • Brazil, 2025. A 200-square-foot, 4-inch brushed slab with skid-steer grading and a crushed-concrete base.
  • Paris, Illinois, 2026. A garage-size floor ground, primed and finished with full-broadcast flake epoxy and a urethane topcoat.

Carpentry and trim

Trim is where a room starts to look finished: base, casing, crown, doors and paneling. Our lead carpenter, Jacob Zimmerman, leads this work. Recent jobs:

  • Brazil, 2026. 17 interior doors hung and a new home trimmed out.
  • Clay City, 2025. Entryway wall paneling, chair rail, cabinet panels and baseboard.
  • Terre Haute, 2026. New crown molding in a church entry and two rooms.

Are these photos from your own jobs?

Yes. Every photo on this page comes from a job our crew worked on. The few stock photos elsewhere on our site are labeled as examples and never passed off as our work.

What do projects like these cost?

Kitchen remodels run $25,000 to $125,000, bathroom remodels $20,000 to $60,000 and residential roof replacements $10,000 to $105,000, and roof inspections are free. Our smaller projects typically start around $10,000. Every number is on our pricing page.

Why don’t you list customer names or addresses?
