  2. Site visit — We look at the space, take measurements and talk through materials, budget and timing.
  3. Budget and scope within 5 business days — You get a written budget and scope of work. The proposal that follows is one all-inclusive price, with permits and sales tax built in, and it’s good for 7 days.
